What a beautiful watch ! I looked at the pictures online and couldn’t decide as it’s hard to judge. I looked at other similar styles. But I kept coming back to this watch. Finally I crossed my fingers and purchased it. Then I had several questions about sizing etc and they answered my emails promptly.

Before I got the watch in the mail, it was Black Friday and this watch went on sale for 40% off. I was upset that I didn’t know this otherwise I could have waited a couple of days. So I wrote to them and they immediately replied and gave me the 40% off. Now who does that ?

The watch came in a very nice box with warranty card, extra pieces of the wristband that I had sized and 3 chocolates!

It’s so beautiful that I keep glancing at it. The face of the watch is expertly cut and is deep hunter green. Some angles, it gives a purple or blue shade. The strap is smooth and comfortable, clasp is easy to close with the other hand.

So, if you are looking at this watch and can’t decide, it’s fantastic and the customer service is exceptional.

The watch lasted only 5 to 6 months and just stopped working. I went to a jeweler asking them to take a look and potentially replace a battery or fix the problem. They were able to do this previously with other models by Jowissa. However, apparently, the watch is constructed in such a way that it cannot be opened and closed again without special equipment. I’ve contacted the Customer Support team asking for a resolution of the situation but didn’t get a response. Very frustrating.

I bought this watch for my mother for mother's day. She absolutely loves it. I placed the order before the mother's day discount went into effect yet after contacting Jowissa they still applied the discount and refunded my card. What superb service! I purchased the green "J8.063.M" as a birthday suprise for my wife. She is absolutelly satisfied with the design and quality but she like the black one: "J8.060.M" so she is not absolutelly happy, because she can not wear the green one (she think dificult to find anithing which is harmonising with this beautiful green watch), so I would like to find the way to change the "J8.063.M" to "J8.060.M". Is it possible? I will also buy an additional golden streps for this modell ... in case the change is possible.
