Quanto dura la batteria dell’orologio?
The expected battery is 2 to 4 years depending on external factors like heat and cold. Jowissa uses standard silver oxide battery cells.
Posso lavare il mio cinturino in pelle con l’acqua?
Leather straps should not be washed with water. For cleaning your strap refer to your local watch dealer to get a special leather cleaning product.
Posso regolare la lunghezza dei cinturini in acciaio e ceramica?
Yes, the length of our steel and ceramic bracelets can be adjusted to fit an individual wrist size. Check our instructions page for further information. Your local watch dealer may offer the strap adjustment as a service too.
Il mio orologio è impermeabile?
A Jowissa watch is tested for at least 3 ATM water resistance. It should not be worn when bathing or showering. Excessive contact with water can lead to defects. Such defects due to the exposure to water are not covered by our guarantee.
