I needed a replacement strap for my Jowissa watch. I wasn't sure which one to order but an online chat resolved that issue. The person I chatted with was helpful, professional, and friendly. The strap came in a timely manner and it is perfect!

Very fine quality leather product. Subtle shade of red.

This is a very well made watch band, however it is a bit short and I have to use the last notch on the watch band to strap it to my writs. I am small boned so I don't know if this would fit someone who is large boned or is a plus size person.

The leather band is too thick with the existing pins, which had to be cut back. Difficult, but finally on.
