Jowissa makes every effort to ensure that its products meet the highest quality standards. If despite our stringent quality inspections an exception should occur and you receive a product with a fault, your Jowissa watch has a two years international guarantee against any manufacturing defect. Crystals, bracelets, and straps are warranted for manufacturing installation defects only, not against excessive force, incorrect handling, or normal wear. Batteries are excluded from the warranty. Make sure you have either a guarantee card, stamped and signed by an official dealer, or any other proof of purchase to make use of your two year international warranty.
