I bought a Yovissa watch three weeks ago. It's very elegant and stylish for a mature business woman. Two weeks later, the watch stopped working. I wrote to customer service, and Miranda was very kind and immediately offered to send me a new watch case. I ordered a new bracelet, and yesterday I received the new watch. They even made the strap smaller to fit my wrist. It's gorgeous. This is my third Yovissa watch purchase, and they've all been gorgeous. I'm planning to buy more.

Great watch paired with excellent customer service

This was our third purchase from Jowissa and we will likely be back for more! My wife loves the look of the Aura Swiss ladies watch. I loved that it is great quality at a very reasonable price! The icing on the cake is that, there was an issue with the shipment (the carriers fault) and Jowissa customer support made sure that the issue was taken care of promptly. Great products paired with white glove customer service, what's not to love?

Die Uhr 26mm gefällt mir aufgrund des abgestimmten Farbspiels sehr gut. Bei der Größe habe ich versehentlich die kleinere Variante bestellt. Das sieht zu Kleidern aber sehr edel aus, daher habe ich sie behalten.

Sehr spezielle Uhr mit einer besonderen Farbzusammensetzung (Zifferblatt champagner, Einfassung rotgold). Auch das matte Lederband dazu finde ich absolut passend, bin begeistert. Ich habe schon viele Jowissa-Uhren. Der Service inkl Lieferung war auch diesmal top.

What is the meaning of the brand name Jowissa?
The name Jowissa is derived from the name of company founder Josef Wyss. He founded the business in Bettlach, Switzerland, in 1951, and Jowissa has operated continuously since then.
How long will the battery of my watch last?
The expected battery life is 2 to 4 years depending on external factors like heat and cold. Jowissa uses standard silver oxide battery cells in combination with high quality and low energy consuming Swiss quartz movements.
Can I wash my leather band with water?
Leather bands should not be washed with water. For cleaning your strap refer to your local watch dealer to get a special leather cleaning product.
Is my watch water resistant?
A Jowissa watch is tested for water resistance from 3 to 30 ATM, depending on the collection.
3 ATM: Watches tested to 3 ATM should not be worn while bathing or showering. They are built to withstand light rain, perspiration and brief contact with water.
5 ATM: Watches tested to 5 ATM are designed to withstand rain, perspiration and brief contact with water. They are not intended for swimming or diving.
10 ATM: Suitable for swimming and other surface water activities. Not intended for diving.
20 ATM: Suitable for swimming, water sports and recreational diving.
Always follow the water-resistance rating and product specifications for your exact model.
Can I change the watch band on my Jowissa watch?
Yes. Many Jowissa watches use interchangeable bands, and selected bands have a quick-release system that can be changed without tools. Other straps or bracelets may require a spring-bar tool or a watchmaker. Before ordering, check the band width and attachment type for your watch.
What is PVD coating?
Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) is a vacuum process used to apply a very thin coloured or protective coating to metal watch parts. It creates a smooth, durable finish, but it is not scratch-proof and can wear over time, especially on edges and other high-contact areas. Avoid abrasives, chemicals and impacts, and clean the surface with a soft cloth.
