I bought a Yovissa watch three weeks ago. It's very elegant and stylish for a mature business woman. Two weeks later, the watch stopped working. I wrote to customer service, and Miranda was very kind and immediately offered to send me a new watch case. I ordered a new bracelet, and yesterday I received the new watch. They even made the strap smaller to fit my wrist. It's gorgeous. This is my third Yovissa watch purchase, and they've all been gorgeous. I'm planning to buy more.
Color totally different than advertised!
The watch lasted only 5 to 6 months and just stopped working. I went to a jeweler asking them to take a look and potentially replace a battery or fix the problem. They were able to do this previously with other models by Jowissa. However, apparently, the watch is constructed in such a way that it cannot be opened and closed again without special equipment. I’ve contacted the Customer Support team asking for a resolution of the situation but didn’t get a response. Very frustrating.

Die Uhr in silberner Ausführung wirkt sportlich elegant und ist wirklich sehr schön und hervorragend verarbeitet. Obwohl ich bei der Bestellung vergessen hatte, die Wunschlänge des Uhrenarmbandes anzugeben und erst mit gesonderter Mail an Jowissa darum gebeten hatte, wurde mir sofort sehr freundlich geantwortet und meine Uhr wurde problemlos kostenlos gekürzt und pünktlich geliefert. Dem Paket lagen noch zwei Präsente dabei und die Uhr war hervorragend verpackt. Ich bin von Jowissa begeistert. Toller Service! Vielen Dank:-)
